March 25, 2021 BIDS System Release Notes 52.0.0.2

An issue was corrected to enable postage statement data from the PostalOne! System to be loaded to BIDS. Prior to this release, this data failed to load due to an unexpected database error related to the Daylight Savings Time change. As a result, the volume aggregates on the Mailer Profile tab were not always updated for external Mailer Scorecard users.

February 11, 2021 PostalOne! System Release Notes 52.0.1.4

The PostalOne! System was updated to properly handle the case where Value Added Refunds (VARs) and the Seamless Incentive (in the form of a refund) both exist on a postage statement. Previously, generation of the VAR failed for this scenario because the data retrieval process was not equipped to handle multiple result records. Consequently, customers did not receive the expected VAR for statements impacted by this issue.

January 31, 2021 PostalOne! System Release Notes 52.0.1.3

The PostalOne! System was updated to properly handle the case where both a Value Added Refund (VAR) and a Seamless Incentive discount (in the form of a refund) are pending on the same postage statement. Previously, the Seamless Incentive discount failed for this scenario, as the process was not equipped to handle multiple refund types on a single postage statement.
