Alert Update 2/12: 

We have identified an issue where auto-enrollment is not working for some mailers when claiming Add-Ons. A data fix is targeted to be released on 2/16.

In the meantime, mailers can manually enroll through BCG’s program registration to ensure they receive the discount. 

Impacted mailers should request a refund through the Mailing Promotions Portal.
