Electronic Product Fulfillment Web Access Request Form

This form is used to create a Web-based account with the Addressing and Geospatial Technology (AGT) office which will be used to download files electronically from the Electronic Product Fulfillment (EPF) website. Multiple users within a single organization can download the product(s), excluding AIS Viewer; however, each user must have a separate EPF account.

Labeling List Changes Effective August 1, 2026

Effective August 1, 2026, the Postal Service™ will revise Labeling List(s) L002, L005, L012, L016, L051, L201, and L606 to reflect changes in mail processing operations. Mailers are expected to label according to these revised lists for mailings inducted on or after the August 1, 2026, effective date through September 30, 2026, expiration date. The changes will be published in the Postal Bulletin, Issue #22707.
