This document will present an overview of the eVS® certification process for vendor software applications and versions. The goal of certification is to ensure that vendor software applications and versions are eVS® and IMpb compliant and meet USPS® specifications for required rate ingredients, unique delivery address elements, label layout and barcode quality.

MTEOR User Agreement: BSA Agreement
This Agreement entered into between the United States Postal Service®, and its agents, including the Postal Service Office of Inspector General and the United States Postal Service Inspection Service ("Postal Service" or "USPS") and eachcompany desiring participationin and use of the Postal Service MTEOR system to request the loan of Mail Transport Equipment (MTE), hereinafter “Company”. BSAs assert that they have the authority to act as a representative for their Company for purposes of this Agreement and are subjecting their Companies to responsibility for all requirements outlined in this MTEOR Agreement.
