New L012 Labeling List

Effective March 3, 2014, the Postal Service™ will revise the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, Domestic Mail Manual (DMM®) 235, 245, and 707 to refer to the use of Labeling List L012 as the source for 5-digit ZIP Code™ scheme combinations when preparing automation letters.
