L607 3-Digit ZIP Code Sort Option for Drop-Ship Mailers
L607 lists the 5-digit ZIP Codes for machinable parcels eligible to be entered at designated SCFs when sorted into 3-digit containers. The corresponding rate eligibility and mail preparation standards are described in 456.2.2, 466.4.1, and 466.4.2.
