A mailer or a party acting on behalf of a mailer (Mailer), who submits an address list to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for Level 3 Address Sequencing Service must complete the this processing acknowledgement form (PAF).

This tech sheet will provide the current and future proposed file layouts to help customers understand upcoming changes associated with the proposed changes.
