Mailing Promotions Portal Multiple Pre-Approval Requests (Batch Upload)

• ONLY upload the templates linked on the righthand side of this page when submitting batch uploads
• REFERENCE user guides on the right to ensure you fill out your templates properly
• DO NOT include the file extension at the end of the File Name (.jpg, .pdf, etc.) within the excel sheet
• Not following the above instructions may result in the inability to upload mailpieces and may impact the mailer's ability to claim the Promotion discount.
