USPS Printer Directory


The United States Postal Service® is introducing a new online directory, providing select printers and mail service providers the opportunity to be included in a national directory of printer locations.

The Postal Service would like to provide contact information for companies who provide print and mailing services at a brick and mortar location. There is no cost or fee associated for approved vendors listed in the USPS® Printer Directory. The directory will be accessible from the Every Door Direct Mail® (EDDM®) Online Tool and other locations on

Instructions for Printers

PLEASE READ PRINTER DIRECTORY CRITERIA. Interested parties that meet the mandatory requirements are invited to fill out an online application to be submitted through the USPS Business Customer Gateway.  Please review our evaluation criteria to prepare your application.

A Customer ID (CRID) is required to access the application. If the applicant does not have a CRID then one will be assigned during the USPS Business Customer Gateway registration process.
Any information provided in response to this request will not be returned. Any and all responses are voluntary and US Postal Service will not pay for any information submitted in response to this request. The US Postal Service will evaluate all responses pursuant to vendor requirements for listing in USPS Printer MSP Directory. Only electronic submissions will be accepted. An email notification will be sent acknowledging successful receipt of the response.


The USPS Online Printer Directory will:
•    Provide customers access to local print, design and mail preparation services for EDDM and other direct mail products.
•    Be accessed through the Every Door Direct Mail and Advertise With Mail webpages as well as other locations on
