Hold For Pickup service provides customers with the convenience of picking up shipments at their convenience, assured that their shipments are secured in a safe environment. Automated notifications are provided to the customer when an email address or a SMS text address are provided by the mailer. When an SMS text address is provided, the format is specific to recipient’s phone number and the Phone Service Provider. It is recommended that you also check with your recipient to ensure you have their correct SMS text address information.
