Approved Software Vendors for Outbound International Expedited Products

The Postal Service™ has a voluntary program for software manifest vendors who meet USPS requirements that enables the electronic transmission of Customs-related functions for Global Express Guaranteed^® (GXG), Express Mail International^®, and Priority Mail International^® items paid with a permit imprint, and entered at a business mail entry unit (BMEU).

In turn, mailers using these approved software vendors are able to receive the applicable commercial base or commercial plus price for GXG, Express Mail International, and Priority Mail International items.
