Mail Quality Reporting
Through the implementation of scannable barcodes, USPS has made it possible for mailers to track their mailings and shipments throughout the mail cycle. By accessing and understanding the Mailer Scorecard, mailers have visibilitty into where errors are (or aren't) occurring and can strategize accordingly.
Reports on the Mailer Scorecard provide a summary of mail preparation quality and a drill down view for mailings submitted within the last calendar month. Accessible through the Business Customer Gateway with views for both Mail Owners and Mail Service Providers, the Scorecard allows mailers to view detailed error and warning information.
