Premium Forwarding Service Commercial®
Premium Forwarding Service Commercial™ (PFSC) is a service that allows businesses to consolidate mail received from multiple PO Boxes and/or street addresses into a single shipment for delivery to an alternate address.
Premium Forwarding Service Commercial™ features:
- An online PFSC application that allows business customers to select the shipment days and duration of the PFSC forwarding request.
- USPS Tracking on all PFCS shipments.
- Email notifications informing business customers of the date the items were shipped, the expected delivery date, and the number of shipments.
An annual enrollment fee is required, and applicable postage is charged for each shipment.

Commercial Customers
Description
Prior to signing up for PFSC, business customers must meet the below requirements:
- Enroll in USPS Ship through the Customer Onboarding Portal (http://cop.usps.com).
- Have a valid payment account in EPS.
- Have a valid permit linked to the EPS account.
Eligible Addresses:
- Originating address - valid Business Street Addresses and P.O. Box
- Destination address - valid Business or Residential Street Address or P.O. Box
- Business P.O. Box with Caller Services
Non-Eligible Addresses:
- Address with USPS Change of Address® (COA) on file
- Address with USPS Hold Mail®
- Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
- Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) - a private, third-party business or service that allows businesses to receive mail and packages from USPS at a single, separate mailing address on behalf of its customers.
