Industry Events

The Industry Engagement and Outreach team is committed to providing communication, interaction, and education for the mailing industry. We value our industry mailing partners and encourage you to take advantage of the following outreach and engagement opportunities.

Mailers' Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) Open Session

The Postmaster General's Mailers' Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) is a venue for the United States Postal Service (Postal Service) to share technical information with mailers, and to receive their advice and recommendations on matters concerning mail-related products and services, in order to enhance customer value and expand the use of these products and services for the mutual benefit of Mailing Industry stakeholders and the Postal Service.

The MTAC Open Session (formerly known as the USPS Leadership Forum for Stakeholders) is a quarterly meeting that provides an opportunity for a wide range of interested mailing industry stakeholders to hear about current initiatives and issues directly from the Postal Service's senior leadership. A USPS Stakeholders’ Reception immediately following the MTAC Open Session allows stakeholders and postal leaders, managers, and key staff to interact in a more relaxed environment. To receive an invitation to the Open Session and reception, please email IndustryFeedback@usps.gov.

The MTAC Open Session and Reception are held quarterly on Tuesdays starting at 1 p.m. The MTAC Membership meetings and Focus Group discussions are on Wednesdays, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Postal Service's national headquarters at 475 L'Enfant Plaza SW, Washington, D.C. 20260-0004.

The National Postal Forum (NPF)

The National Postal Forum is the ideal way to stay in sync with U.S. Postal Service Executives and Industry Leaders in the Mailing and Shipping Industry. With the rapidly progressing and changing mailing industry, you can learn about current and future technologies at the 2025 NPF and stay ahead of the curve. The exhibit Hall at the NPF is the largest trade show of its kind.

Your health and safety is our number one priority. NPF and the Postal Service are collaborating with state and local officials to ensure strict adherence to CDC guidelines, and are considering both traditional and novel ways of carrying off this event. We are working diligently to bring you the kind of rewarding educational, inspirational, and networking experiences that have been the hallmarks of the NPF.

Make plans to attend the 2025 NPF that will be held April 27 - 30, more details to follow. For more information visit: https://www.npf.org/.

Postal Customer Council (PCC) Events

The Postal Customer Council® (PCC®) program is a valuable resource for business mailers, large and small. Local PCCs serve as an open channel for USPS®-to-business communication, providing information and best practices for achieving cost-effective and profitable mailing, education and training, as well as solving local challenges. Through regular meetings, educational programs, mailer clinics, and seminars, PCC members learn about the latest postal products and services that may help them grow their business.
