L009 Mixed ADCs: Periodicals, Package Services Flats and Irregular Parcels and Standard Mail Flats

Mailers must use L009 to label mixed ADC bundles and sacks of Periodicals, Standard Mail, Bound Printed Matter, Media Mail, and Library Mail flats.

Mailers also must use L009 to label mixed ADC bundles and sacks containing Periodicals irregular parcels and Bound Printed Matter irregular parcels.
